How are the containers secured?

As the units are locked with a padlock of your choice, you control who has access. We don’t need to hold keys on your behalf, which also means you can have access as and when it suits you.

What security measures do you have around the site?

Entry to the site is restricted by a Paxton 24-hour access control system, ensuring that only authorised visitors gain entry. The site is monitored by a network of CCTV cameras, which capture high-definition images, even at night.

How much can you fit in a container?

20ft containers are perfect for domestic and general storage requirements. The dimensions of a 20ft storage shipping container are 20ft (6 metres) by 8ft (2.4 metres), and they can fit 10 standard pallets, which are 1,000mm by 1,200mm wide.

The cubic metre capacity is 33.2m³.

How much does it cost?

£160 per month including VAT.

How quickly can I get a unit?

How long am I locked into a contract for?

Our storage is available for a minimum of a month and for as long as you need it. Cancellation of your contract is a month’s notice.

Am I insured for any losses?

We recommend storers take out appropriate insurance for their belongings and secure the container with a padlock that meets the insurer’s requirements.

What are the containers suitable for?

Normal house or office items such as furniture, paperwork, machinery, bikes etc. can all be stored.
